Shipping policy

Shipping Information:

Once your order has been completed it will be shipped according to the postage option that you selected at checkout.

Tracked shipping is advised to ensure the safe delivery of your order, especially for international orders. ‘Standard shipping’ does not come with a tracking number.

All UK orders are shipped with EVRi and come with a tracking number.

Once posted, the parcel is no longer the responsibility of Emilie Flora as the delivery is in the hands of the postal service/ third party. If a parcel is lost or damaged by a third party it is not the responsibility of Emilie Flora and claims should be taken up with the appropriate/ responsible party (email for help with this). Items lost/damaged once posted will not be financially covered or refunded by Emilie Flora.

Trips to the post office are once a week at the end of the week. This means that your order will be posted on the closest possible date to its completion.

Last shipping day before Christmas is the 22nd of December. Please note that orders dispatched on this day do not have guaranteed delivery for Christmas Day.
