Refund policy

Because all Emilie Flora products are made to order it means that once an order has been placed the products are non-refundable and returns aren't accepted.

In the case that an exemption is made and a return is accepted, but there is no fault with the product, store credit will be issued for the value of the item.

Orders that experience issues with postage

- If an order is returned due to postal issues it will be re dispatched at the earliest convenience. Refunds aren’t provided. 

- Once an order has been dispatched it is no longer the responsibility of Emilie Flora. If your order is lost in the post please get in touch and I will assist where possible.
